I think chocolate-covered strawberries are a pretty universal way of celebrating in a classy fashion. They’re a delicious treat that are sweet, juicy, and fun to eat. Apparently they go well with champagne, but I can’t vouch for that since I don’t drink. Still, it’s so wonderful to show up in your hotel room to be greeted by a platter of this dessert, or to wrap up a fabulous meal with some of these tasty bites. They’re not a treat I get to indulge in often, so when I get them for free, well that’s just the icing on the cake, right? 😉 I only know two people in the world who wouldn’t love these – one is allergic to strawberries and the other is not a fan of chocolate. But to the rest of the world, don’t these look fantastic? We gobbled them up and they were great.
